Canal Front Terrace Building
Project Description
The Terrace Building is an addition to the EdVenture Children's Museum located at 207 Gervais Street along the Columbia Canal on the Congaree River in Columbia. The Building is approximately 9,000 sf including meeting space, restrooms, police substation, and kitchen areas. The roof of the Terrace Building ties into the existing elevated terrace of the EdVenture Children's Museum. The Building is part of the large scale redevelopment of the Columbia Riverfront.
